Whether at home base, deployed aboard ship, or forward deployed to remote locations, Naval Aviation squadrons maintain a Ready Room. For every hour of flight time, several hours are spent on detailed planning, briefing, and post-flight debriefing. Mission success, or mission failure, is often determined in the Ready Room.
The Ready Room is sacred. It is a place of teaching, learning, mentorship, leadership development, and camaraderie. It is where upper-level qualifications and designations are earned. All aspects of leadership are always present. From combat aviation to business, let us help you and your organization ensure mission success.
